Eligibility

Am I eligible for a Trade account?

If you operate a business in the on-trade (bar, restaurant, nightclub etc), off-trade (retailer, online store, wholesaler) or run an events company then you will qualify for a Trade account, and trade pricing. We will verify your business when you sign up.

I’m outside the UK, can I still set up a Trade account?

If you are based in Europe, we unfortunately can’t deliver to you at present. For the rest of the world, if you satisfy the criteria for a Trade account then we can sign you up and ship to you.

Set-up

How long does it take to get my account live?

We aim to get all accounts live within 24 hours, although this may take longer at busy periods, over weekends and for accounts outside the UK. Once approved, you can order straight away.

Can I have more than one account holder?

You can have multiple trusted users log in using the same account details to place orders.

Orders

Is there a minimum or maximum order amount?

No! You can order just one bottle if you’d like, or 1000! For orders over a certain size, pallet shipping costs may occur.

Delivery

Where is eligible for next day delivery?

UK mainlands, excluding highlands and islands.

What is the cut-off time for next day delivery?

Orders need to be placed and paid for (unless on a credit account) before 8:30pm on a weekday and 2:30pm on Saturday & Sunday.

Can I deliver to multiple locations?

Yes, if you have multiple venues or manage events you can deliver to multiple locations.

Can I choose my courier?

Yes, you can select a preferred courier, but this may change if that better option exists based on order time and destination.

Where possible, our trade pricing aims to be competitive against other wholesalers and excludes VAT.
