UK Trade deliveries
Orders placed before 8:30pm ship the same day! (2:30pm on weekends)
What you see at the checkout will vary based on your order and where it’s going, but you’ll usually see Express delivery (next day unless it’s a bank holiday) in the UK is available on most products if ordered before 8:30pm (2:30pm on weekends)– if available it will be shown at the checkout, so if it’s not showing as an option it means we can’t get it there tomorrow. We charge a flat rate for any number of bottles to a single address with prices starting from £3.95 within UK Mainland.

Can I add delivery instructions to my order?
Yes! You are more than welcome to add delivery instructions to your order with us at checkout.
For the most effective communication with our couriers we would always recommend that you follow the tracking link, when you have received your tracking information email and update the courier directly.
Can I choose my courier?
Yes! For UK deliveries you sure can and you can select this at checkout. We currently use DPD, FedEx, and Royal Mail. We've got a whole page about this, just follow this link.
Currently, we only use DHL and FedEx for our international orders.
Do you have a shop from where I can collect my order?
Yes! When you pop into MoM Towers to collect your order, remember to bring along your order number and a form of ID so that:
- you can prove that it’s really you; and
- if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, we can confirm that you’re old enough to buy alcohol.
We accept photocard driving licenses, passports and proof of age cards bearing the PASS hologram as proof of ID and age.

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays)
Saturday & Sunday: 10am - 5pm
Whilst our fulfilment team works really fast, we will need some time to pick and pack your order. We recommend giving us at least an hour from the time of your order confirmation email before popping in. Unfortunately, this means that if you don’t place your order before the same day collection cut-off time of 3:00pm, you’ll need to collect your order on the next working day.

How can I determine delivery charges outside the UK?
Delivery outside of the UK
Charges for delivery outside of the UK are often determined by the weight of the order; just add your chosen bottle(s) to the basket and proceed to the checkout – it will automatically work out all of the pricing for you before you go a step further!

For gifts shipped internationally, the recipient may be liable for local Customs charges, so it’s worth checking in with them first.

Do you deduct VAT on orders being shipped outside the UK?
Yes. Orders delivered to countries outside the UK will not have VAT (UK tax) charged on the purchase. Please note that depending on your order and the country the parcel is heading to, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. We can’t accept liability for these.

Where’s my order?
We are UK-based and all orders originate from our fulfilment centre in Tonbridge, Kent. We send your order confirmation to the email address given at the checkout, and this should wing its way to you within minutes of the order completion. If you can’t find your email, do double check your junk folder. And do add us to your safe senders list – we promise we’ll never spam you!

How do I track my order?
We send you an email with tracking information as each order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery and see where your parcel is currently held.
If you click on the link in the email it will redirect you to the tracking, or you can copy the tracking number and manually insert it on the couriers website below.

If you miss a delivery, or are unsure where it is, you should be able to resolve this with the courier directly

How long will it take to get my delivery?
Our delivery times vary based on your shipping destination and the option selected at the checkout.
Within the UK it is possible to ‘Pick a date’ for a specific delivery. If you’ve chosen one, we’ll get your delicious boozes to you on the day which you select!
Our standard UK shipping takes 2-3 working days – we’ll email tracking information which will be updated when your order is out for delivery.
Where is my order confirmation?
We send your order confirmation to the email address associated with your Trade account, and this should wing its way to you within minutes of the order completion.
If you can’t find your email, do double check your junk folder. And do add us to your safe senders list – we promise we’ll never spam you!
